This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the processing of personal information (as defined in Section 2) by Shenzhen Audiovisual FutureTechnology Co., Ltd, its subsidiaries, and affiliated entities ("we", "us", or "our") through Vadiutor platforms. Processing activities include but are not limited to collection, storage, use, sharing, transfer, and disclosure.Shenzhen Audiovisual FutureTechnology Co., Ltd is required to comply, in particular, with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR").Any personal data that you provide to us or that we collect about you will be treated in accordance with the principles of the GDPR and as set out in our Privacy Policy.As set out in our Privacy Policy, we need to obtain and use personal data about you for certain purposes, including ensuring that this Application operates effectively and providing you with the best experience.Personal data that we may collect includes personally identifiable information, information about your device, network data, and details of your use of the Application.
This policy applies to personal information, including, but not limited to, personal information you voluntarily provide while using the Vadiutor service or as a result of the product or service. We take your privacy very seriously, and to better protect your personal information, we recommend that you read the updated Vadiutor Privacy Policy (the "Policy") carefully, especially the terms bolded in black, to understand what information we will collect about you and how we will use it and to ensure you fully understand and agree to it before you start using it. We also may collect personal data that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application. Storage location
Bylaws and regulations: we store your personal information collected and generated during our operations in the People's Republic of China. Currently, we do not transfer your data outside of China. For more information, please refer to 3 How we store your personal information?

We process your personal data to manage the contract you have refused/agreed to and to provide functions related to account management, device control, and other services in the App. We also process your personal data to communicate with you in response to any support requests, to ensure the secure and stable operation as well as continuous improvement of the App, and to investigate any reported illegal content in our Services in compliance with our legal obligation. 5. How do we retain and protect your data?
We store your personal data on our servers , and we take every reasonable step to ensure that your personal data is only processed for the minimum period necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice. Besides, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data. Access and Updates.We encourage you to update and correct your information to make it more accurate and valid. Vadiutor's products and services are not intended to be used exclusively by minors. Minors should obtain the consent of their guardians before using our products and services. To provide you with better services, we may promptly modify the terms and conditions of this policy by updating Vadiutor's products and services as well as the relevant requirements of laws and regulations, and we will post any modifications to this policy on this page, which form part of this policy. We will also provide more prominent notifications for material changes (including email, mobile phone text messages, APP pop-up window, APP notification bar message push, or other means). 1 What kinds of information will we collect?
Therefore, each time you open this software, we will collect your device information once. This information may include, but is not limited to: device unique identifiers (Device ID, MEID, UUID, GAID, OAID, IDFA, OpenUDID, GUID, CCID, MEID, serial number, WIFI SSID and BSSID), reading of the Bluetooth MAC address, operating system version, operating system name, user login account and password information, etc.
2 How we handle your personal information
Co-processing and commissioning
You are fully aware and agree that we may co-process and delegate the processing of your personal information in the provision of products or services to you in the following circumstances, beyond which we will separately seek your authorized consent through the notification described in Article 9:
Co-processing: We may co-process your information with third-party partners who help us operate, analyze, improve, customize, support, and market our products and services where we have obtained your separate consent or subject to the exceptions to authorized consent set out in Section 4 of Article IV.
Commissioned Processing: Some specific modules and functions of some of Yunyin Intelligent .external providers provide music's business functions. The third-party partners to whom we entrust the processing of personal data have access only to the information they need to fulfill their duties, and we monitor their delegated processing activities.
For example, to understand your feedback on our products, we may use a third-party Survey Monkey questionnaire platform in our research with you, and the content you fill out on the questionnaire will be stored on the servers of the appropriate forum.
As clearly stated in this policy statement, we will only delegate the processing and co-processing your information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, and specific purposes. We will conduct a reasonable review of our third-party partners' personal information security environment, sign strict personal information processing agreements with them to ensure that they only have access to the information they need to perform their duties and require them to take adequate measures to protect your data and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
Suppose our agreement with our third-party partners regarding the purpose and manner of processing changes materially affects the original intent and processing method. In that case, we will re-obtain your authorization consent. If you choose to cancel your authorization, we will stop the service to which the permission relates.
Transfer
We may transfer your personal information to other companies, organizations, or individuals where we have obtained your consent or where such transfer is consistent with the exceptions to authorized support set out in Section 4 of Article 4. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or insolvency, which may involve the transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. In the event of any changes to the collection and processing of personal data, as set out in this policy, the company or organization will re-solicit your authorized consent.
Openly
We may disclose personal information when we obtain your consent or take industry-standard security measures following Section 4 of Article IV, "Exceptions to Authorized Consent." We will review the legitimacy, reasonableness, and legality of the disclosed personal information as soon as we receive a request for disclosure. We will take the measures described in Article 6 of this Policy to protect personal data during and after exposure.
Exceptions to authorized consent
Please be informed that, in accordance with laws and regulations, the processing of your personal information does not require your prior authorization under the following circumstances:
Agreed:
Directly related to national security and defense security;
For responding to public health emergencies,
(b) Directly related to the investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments in respect of offenses, or accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, or the needs of an administrative organ or a competent organ such as the Public Prosecutor's Office or the Judiciary;
When it is necessary to protect the life, health, and property of a natural person in an emergency, such as when it is challenging to obtain your consent to protect your or another individual's life, property, or other significant legal rights and interests,
Personal information is disclosed to the community by yourself or collected from legally declared channels (such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other media);
As necessary to enter into and perform the relevant agreement or other written document with you;
Necessary for the performance of legal duties or statutory obligations.
3 How we store personal information
However, under the following circumstances, we may provide your personal information to possible offshore entities after fulfilling our obligations under the law:

Storage period
We retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary for us to provide you with products and services that meet the purposes for which they are intended, e.g., we need to collect your mobile phone number when you use our registration and membership features, and we need to keep your mobile phone number after you have provided it and for the duration of your use of the part, to provide you with the feature correctly and to protect the security of your account and the system.
We judge the duration of storage of personal information with reference to the following criteria, whichever is longer:
To fulfill the purpose of transactions related to you, maintain appropriate marketing and business records to respond to your possible inquiries or complaints;
To ensure the safety and quality of the products and services we provide to you,

4 How do we use your data?
The purposes for which we process personal data, subject to applicable law, and the legal basis on which we perform such processing, are as follows:
Contract Management: We process Contract Management Information to provide you with records related to contract management, such as records of your agreement/refusal actions, version numbers of contracts/privacy notice related to you, time, etc.
User Account Management: We process your App Account Information and Network Information to provide you with functions related to user account management, such as account registration, account deletion, account login, and modification of account information.
Device Control: We process your App Account Information and device Information to provide you with services related to device control, such as the pairing, unpairing, and upgrades of your device.
Ensure Security, Stable Operation, and Improvement of the App: We process your Mobile Device Information, Network Information, and Services Usage Information to identify the abnormal status of your App account or the device, ensure the stability and security of our Services, and plan improvements or upgradation of our Services.
Customer Service and Support: When you consult any issues via online customer service, some of your App Account Information such as avatar and nickname will be displayed in the chat box. We may also process Issue and Feedback Information if you use feedback-related services in the App. When you use hotline services for inquiries or complaints, we will process some of your Customer Services Related Information. Additionally, we may also collect other information provided by you to offer services such as troubleshooting and online customer support.
Overlay Permission (System Alert Window): We may request the system overlay permission (also known as "Display over other apps" or "Popup Window") to enable real-time translation functionality for spoken language content. This permission is used solely to: Detect and process voice input from your device’s microphone or audio stream for translation purposes. Provide contextual translation shortcuts via floating buttons or pop-up windows while the app operates in the background.
Recording Audio and Notification Permissions: When you use the translation input function of the Vadiutor software, you need to use the recording audio permission. It is mainly used for functions such as voice input for translation. When the APP is in the background, you need to use the notification permission, mainly to ensure the normal operation of the voice input function. Reminder method: As stated in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, a dynamic pop-up box will be used to request permission when the user needs it.
If you believe there is illegal content in our Services, you can report it to us. When you submit a report, we may collect and store your name, email address, and other relevant information related to your report in compliance with our legal obligations.
5 How do we retain and protect your data?
We will only retain your personal data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Notice.
We will process and store your data during the period that we maintain an ongoing relationship with you. Most of your personal data will be associated with your App account. When you deactivate your App account, the personal data associated with your account and related Services will be deleted or anonymized, unless local applicable laws require our continued processing of such data.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized access, and other unlawful or unauthorized forms of processing, in accordance with applicable law. When using an App account, it is important that you select a strong password and do not share it with others. If you have any concerns that your App account or personal data has been put at risk, for example if someone could have found out your password, please contact us by using the contact details provided in Section 9 below. Please note, the Internet is an open system, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will implement all reasonable measures to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us using the internet – any such transmission is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that any personal data that you send to us are sent securely.
6 How we manage your personal information
Access and Updates
We encourage you to update and correct your information to make it more accurate and valid. To the extent possible, we will ensure you can access, update, and correct your information or other information provided when using Vadiutor by adopting appropriate operational settings, guidelines, or a contact channel for submitting requests.
If you would like to access, update, and correct some of your information, you can log into your account and visit your account settings page to review and change your account profile information. You may also contact us via the contact information posted in Article 9, "How to Contact Us," of this policy. Except as otherwise required by law or regulation, when you correct your personal information, we may not immediately correct or delete the corresponding information from our backup system. However, we will fix or delete the data when the backup is updated.
Change the scope of your authorized consent or withdraw your authorization.
You may change the scope of your authorization for us to continue to collect personal information or withdraw your permission by deleting the data, turning off the device's functionality, etc. You may remove all authorization for us to continue to collect your personal information by canceling your account. Please understand that each business function requires some primary personal data to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the services for which you have withdrawn your consent or permission. We will no longer process your personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the collection, processing, or use of data previously collected based on your permission.
Cancellation and Deletion
We provide you with the function to unregister and delete your registered account. In compliance with the conditions stipulated in the service agreement and relevant laws and regulations of the country, you can log in to your account and access your account settings page to delete your account. In the following cases, you may request us to delete your personal information:
If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations,
If we collect and use your personal information without your consent,
If we process personal data in breach of our agreement with you,
If you no longer use our products or services, or if you cancel your account,
If we no longer provide products or services to you,
Suppose we respond to your request for deletion. In that case, we will also notify, as far as possible, the entities that have obtained your personal information from us and ask them to delete it promptly unless otherwise required by law or regulation or if you have independently authorized these entities to do so. Once you or we have assisted you in deleting the information in question, we may not be able to immediately delete the information from our backup systems because of applicable laws and regulations and security techniques, and we will store your data securely. We will only process it further once the backups can be erased or made anonymous.
Automated decision-making in constraint information systems
In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-human, mechanical decision-making mechanisms, including information systems, algorithms, etc. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate interests, you have the right to an explanation, and we will provide appropriate remedies.
Responding to your request above
We take each of your requests very seriously. At the same time, you understand and agree that we may not be able to respond to your request promptly under the circumstances described in Article IV, Section 4, "Exceptions to Authorized Consent.
7 Protection of minors
Vadiutor's products and services are not intended to be used exclusively by minors. Minors should obtain the consent of their guardians before using our products and services. Suppose you are a minor before using our products or services. In that case, you should read this policy under the supervision and guidance of your guardian, use our products or services, and submit personal information with your guardian's express consent and direction. We protect the personal information of minors by relevant national laws and regulations. We will only handle the personal information of children when permitted by laws and regulations and with the explicit consent of the guardian.
Suppose you are the guardian of a minor. In that case, you may communicate with us to resolve any questions you may have about the personal information of a child under your guardianship by using the contact information listed in Article 9, "How to Contact Us" of this Policy. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without obtaining verifiable consent from the guardian, we will delete the personal data as soon as possible.

If you do not agree with these changes, you may choose to stop using the Vadiutor service. By continuing to use the Vadiutor service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy as amended. Your satisfaction will be our top priority in any modifications we make. We encourage you to review this policy each time you use the Vadiutor service.
We may make service-related announcements when necessary (e.g., suspending, changing, or terminating a service due to system maintenance). Suppose you wish to refrain from receiving messages from us. In that case, you may ask us to stop, for example, by requesting us to stop sending promotional text messages by the SMS Unsubscribe Guidelines or by setting up your mobile device to no longer receive notifications from us, except where we are required by law or have agreed to send messages in accordance with the Service Agreement.
